See the rose by the old garden wall
Deep in the crevice anchored, born
No complaints it ever gives
Blooming amidst the grasses tall

Attached so cleverly to their legs
In this garden of Mother nature
Time seems slow but quite content
And wandering in one morning bright
A little snail in sweet delight

Never minding the thorns he slides across

Content at last his meal is finished
