LOST AND FOUND Thoughts for the
Thoughts for the morning
Gifts for the night
Sleep for the weary turn off the light
Hope for the lost without a home
Great is the journey not walked alone
To find a treasure we all hope is true
But deep in the pains the pleasures shine too
Some of us worry of what might be
Others find pleasures in what they can see
A weed by the wayside in beautiful flower
Rose colored wildflowers hide by the walls
Now take the old stairs and climb up a few
Can you see clearly the wide open views
Just one more step and you will find
All of the beauty of the wild
There goes a wild Horse with mane long and black
Tail held so high lost in the track
Here comes a Kangaroo travelling fast
Leaping the fences, its surely no task
Lets sit back now and take in this beauty
Not care today about our duties
Get out a chair, and place on a cushion
Sit down relax and wile away the hours
Life goes too quickly, one day we will die
Lost in our sorrows of which and why
If we could slow down and try not to fear
Then we'd find the answers so clear.
